Ghost Hopper Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Ghost Hopper mobile game (the “App”), provided by Cody Mace (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use of the App

You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must follow all applicable laws and the rules of the platform from which you downloaded the App.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract the source code of, or create derivative works from the App or any part of it, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, graphics, text, sounds, names, trademarks, and other content, is owned by Cody Mace or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the App; they do not transfer ownership to you.

Updates and Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We may require you to install updates to continue using the App. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.

Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services, including services provided by your device manufacturer, app store, analytics providers, or advertising providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

Device and Network Charges

You are responsible for providing a compatible device and any internet connection, mobile-data charges, or other fees associated with using the App. You are also responsible for keeping your device and access to the App secure.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cody Mace will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Termination

These Terms apply until terminated. You may end them at any time by deleting the App from your device. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms or if we stop providing the App. After termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your devices.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted at this location with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after an update means that you accept the revised Terms.
